The Red edition is handmade and conceived to be hand-held.
The Lo-Fi Sampler is armed with an SD card with up to 4 minutes of recording that'll save your sample until you hit record again.
This circuit bent instrument features a three-way pitch switch giving you the option during playback or recording to have the pitch permanently on, momentarily on or off. As always, the Lo-Fi Sampler creates crunchy beats, atmospheric undertones and with its' Pitch till glitch and touch sensitive re triggering, it’s sure to keep you passionate and inspired.
Other basic features include, on/off and volume all in one, record button, built-in microphone, 1/4 ” output, an on/off looping switch and a 1/4" jack input giving you the possibility of using a foo tswitch for hands-free recording.
This instrument is equipped with a 9v battery holder.

Lo-fi Sampler Red Edition Art
So what can you do with a Lo-fi Sampler? On a personal note, I used to spend all my time writing songs, poetry and enjoying art in all it's forms. Nowadays, we are busy creating instruments and keeping it creative that there's just not enough time. This past week, I decided to take the time to explore and have a bit of fun. Take a listen to this clip, it was done with 1 beat, 2 vocal tracks and the rest, our Lo-Fi Sampler Red Edition. I recorded everything in Ardour. As for plug-ins/effects; tape saturation, a bit of EQ and mastering. Video editing was done on my phone.
